About Me

Hi, I’m Yin Kreher,
Instructional Design Strategist | Learning Experience Architect | Creative Technologist

I design learning like a showrunner scripts a binge-worthy series—crafted with intention, guided by research, and lit up with heart. With over a decade of experience spanning federal agencies, edtech, and higher education, I specialize in building engaging, scalable learning ecosystems that deliver real-world impact.

My Design Philosophy

I believe learning should be irresistible—something people want to come back to. My approach blends cognitive science, visual storytelling, and emerging tech (VR, AI, gamification) to create moments that matter. Whether I’m building a microlearning series, prototyping XR content, or reimagining a compliance course, I bring both strategy and soul.

🎯 I’m on a mission to help people learn how to learn—and fall in love with it.
